ReplyLens is operated by Everysparkle LLC.

ReplyLens helps users generate suggested replies from text they provide. This Privacy Policy explains how ReplyLens collects, uses, and handles information.

Information Users Provide

To use the AI reply feature, users may enter or paste text into ReplyLens. This may include conversation text, message drafts, emails, or other text provided by the user.

User-provided text is used to generate suggested replies. ReplyLens does not send messages on behalf of users. Users review, edit, copy, and send any generated text manually.

Sensitive Information

Users should avoid entering sensitive personal information into ReplyLens, including passwords, financial information, health information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information.

If a user includes sensitive information in text submitted to ReplyLens, that information may be processed as part of the user-provided text in order to provide the AI reply feature.

AI Processing and Service Providers

To provide the AI reply feature, user-provided text may be sent to our backend service and third-party service providers, including cloud hosting providers and AI processing providers such as OpenAI.

These service providers may process user-provided text as needed to provide, maintain, secure, debug, and operate the app's functionality. We do not sell user data or use user-provided text for advertising tracking.

Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect

ReplyLens is not designed to intentionally collect:

• Contacts
• Precise location
• Health data
• Financial data
• Passwords
• Photos or videos
• Advertising identifiers

However, if a user voluntarily includes any of this information in text submitted to ReplyLens, it may be processed as part of the user-provided text.

Data Retention

ReplyLens is not designed to permanently store user-provided text as a user history or user profile.

User-provided text may be processed temporarily by our backend service and service providers as needed to generate suggested replies, operate the service, prevent abuse, debug errors, comply with legal obligations, or maintain security.

Support communications, such as emails sent to us, may be retained as needed to respond to the request and maintain business records.

User Choices and Deletion Requests

Users can choose not to enter sensitive information into ReplyLens.

If you contact us and request deletion of information associated with your support request or app usage, we will review and respond to your request where reasonably possible and as required by applicable law. Because ReplyLens does not require user accounts, we may not always be able to identify or locate specific user-provided text after it has been processed.

Children

ReplyLens is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable measures to help protect information processed through ReplyLens. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
